What we do

The Y25 Programme

Each year the Y25 brings together 25 extraordinary wāhine between the ages of 14 to 25 who are raising their voices, challenging the status quo, and fighting for a fairer Aotearoa. These young womxn are doers, makers, shakers, change-makers and community leaders doing incredible things to wake up and change their world.

Insights Reports

With our Insights work, we are looking into what life is like for young women living in Aotearoa New Zealand today, topic by topic. Using an explicitly feminist and intersectional lens, we highlight the top issues affecting young women within that particular topic and offer key interventions and solutions that can be done on an organisational and an individual level.

Gender At Work

Gender At Work is a membership community that invites organisations of all sizes, industries and sectors to be part of a movement progressing gender equality at work across Aotearoa. Members will form part of a whānau of likeminded organisations where sharing, learning, growth and inspiration are at the heart of our endeavour for a more inclusive Aotearoa
