Women Inspiring Women

The YWCA is a vibrant, innovative and proactive organisation for all women. The YWCA Auckland focuses on leadership and mentoring programmes.

In conjunction with the hostel, the YWCA Auckland runs community programmes for women.

Currently these are
Future Leaders and Encore:

• Future Leaders
  The YWCA Auckland Future Leaders Programme provides mentoring, practical support and skills development to young women who show leadership potential. Click here for more information.

  The YWCA Encore Programme assists women who have had breast cancer surgery regain their mobility, flexibility and self-confidence through gentle exercise and support. Find out more here.

Dream It, Do It
An exciting new pilot programme is now underway...
Dream It Do It offers mentoring to the mothers of some of our Future Leaders students' and
aims to enhance the careers, sporting goals and aspirations for these mothers.
