Graham has been the Chief Information Officer for Coca-Cola Amatil NZ since 2010 and in 2017 he added the Human Resources remit to his portfolio, becoming the General Manager People & Technology. 

Graham is responsible for leading the development and execution of CCANZ’s human resources and IT strategies, including Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Operational HR, Recruitment, Reward, Talent and Health & Safety. Under Graham’s leadership Coca-Cola Amatil New Zealand has achieved best in class engagement levels (Aon Hewitt Best Employer) and thrives on a culture of high performance and inclusivity. 

Graham built his career building and deploying technology (including SAP) across a wide variety of industries and has significant experience integrating diverse technologies and working with a wide range of implementation and deployment methodologies.  

Prior to joining Coca-Cola Amatil New Zealand Graham worked in the Coca-Cola system, firstly at the bottler in the Philippines and then at the company headquarters in Atlanta. Graham has significant experience leading and working with diverse cultures via numerous international assignments - London, Atlanta, Sydney, Johannesburg, Manila and Jakarta. 

Graham lives in Auckland with his wife Gillian. His 3 sons are scattered across the globe – and should call home more often!
