Facilities

Communal kitchen:
Residents are able to cook their meals in our large kitchen which is open 24 hours a day. At check-in each person receives a basket containing a fry pan, saucepan, plates and cutlery – these are loaned to you during your stay at no cost. Stoves, gas cookers, microwaves, toasters, sandwich makers are also available for use.

Dining:
Seating is available within the kitchen area, opening onto a courtyard where a barbeque is also available for residents use.

TV lounges:
Two TV lounges are available, both with SKY digital which screens all international news, sports and movies. We also have a piano and tabel tennis table available. A fully equipped gymnasium is located two minutes walk away at the YMCA (at the top of the street).

FREE Internet room:
Open 24 hours to all residents - we have six computers set up with internet access. Cards may be purchased at reception to allow wireless access.

Car Park:
A very limited amount of secure car parking is available for residents at the rear of our building. There is a charge.

Laundry:
Coin operated washing machines and dryers are available on four of the six floors. On the fifth floor is a tub for hand washing. Ironing boards and irons are located on every floor.

Cleaning:
The kitchen, bathrooms and all communal areas are cleaned daily by professional cleaners. Residents clean their own rooms. All cleaning products and vacuum cleaners are provided for your use free of charge.
